Challenge

Restaurants change prices and dishes weekly, but their menus were PDFs that went stale the day they were printed. Owners needed something they could edit from a phone, in three languages, without calling a designer.

Approach

We designed a single editable menu object that renders as a fast, image-light web experience behind one permanent QR code. The admin was built around the way a manager actually works: duplicate a dish, hide it for the day, reorder by drag.

Outcome

Venues update their menu in seconds instead of days, guests scan once and read in their own language, and every change is live everywhere the QR is printed.
